Electronic Requisitions Instructions
Submit an e-requisition by registering and logging into our Online Order Portal. You must be a registered user to access the portal.
Please contact us at inquiry@mvisionlab.com to register to use this service. Please ensure that a signed patient consent form accompanies the specimen, or attach it as a file with your e-requisition form. We have provided an Informed Consent Form template for your convenience.
Turnaround Time
Anticipated turnaround time for routine cases is 28 days. Urgent cases will be completed within 14 days. However, please note that it may take longer for our largest NGS panels, tiered testing, or reflex cases. Eye gene panels are based on RetNet.
