• We accept credit card, money order or personal checks.
• Credit Card – Name on the card, card number, expiry, and security code.
• Money order/personal checks – Make out to Molecular Vision Lab, list test in Memo area
• Alternatively, we can mail you an invoice and payment can be made via the instructions on the invoice.

• For payment plans, we require an initial amount be paid up front, followed by monthly payments. The amount varies per test.
